1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AffiliateOne, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

If you use AffiliateOne on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. AffiliateOne Services

AffiliateOne is a software-as-a-service platform operated by PT Bima Pandawa Abadi.

The platform provides tools for managing affiliate and reseller programs, including partner management, tracking, reporting, commission management, and related program operations.

AffiliateOne may also provide implementation and onboarding services to assist customers with configuring and using the platform.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree not to use AffiliateOne to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• infringe the rights of another person or entity;
• gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user’s account;
• interfere with the security or operation of the platform; or
• introduce malicious code or other harmful material.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payment

AffiliateOne is offered through monthly subscription plans. Current standard pricing is:

Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

A one-time setup and implementation fee may apply. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the relevant purchase or service begins.

Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The merchant of record for AffiliateOne purchases is PT BIMA PANDAWA ABADI.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.

After cancellation, your access to AffiliateOne will generally continue until the end of your current paid subscription period.

Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy .

6. Customer Data & Intellectual Property

You remain responsible for the data and content you submit to AffiliateOne and confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such data.

AffiliateOne, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to PT Bima Pandawa Abadi.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AffiliateOne or its intellectual property to you.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy .

7. Third-Party Services

AffiliateOne may support integrations with third-party services, including commerce platforms, payment services, automation tools, APIs, and webhooks.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AffiliateOne is provided as a software platform. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of the service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT Bima Pandawa Abadi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of AffiliateOne.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to AffiliateOne will not exceed the fees actually paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT Bima Pandawa Abadi, its officers, employees, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of AffiliateOne, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law, Disputes & Changes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms through good faith discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
